Melanie Ells is a homeschool parent of two teenagers, with an adult bonus daughter. She was a preschool teacher for many years. She loves nature and art, has been a leader in 4-H and La Leche League, and enjoys gardening and cooking, crochet, hyper-fixating on a new project till something else glittery catches her attention. She has also worked as a barista, a florist, and a banker, and currently is a caregiver, part-time, for a senior citizen. She immigrated from Canada for love and enjoys traveling throughout the USA and Canada. She enjoys helping out and being a part of the homeschool community. She is a member of the NoVa Scoop board.
